1. Complete and submit Member Application. An application filed electronically without the original signature of the applicant shall have the same force and effect as if the applicant had affixed his or her signature to a paper copy and it had been submitted in a conventional manner.
  2. Pay Application Fees (Total initiation fee: $100.00)
    • Federation initiation fee of $65.00 (this will be waived if you are a Youth or Student membership applicant, or an applicant who is a Federation member in good standing)
    • Local initiation fee of $35.00(this will be waived if you are a Youth or Student membership applicant)
  3. Pay Membership Dues (applicants must join for a minimum period of one calendar quarter of a year)
    • Quarterly dues $40.50
    • Total of regular application fees and one quarter dues = $140.50
    • Payable by check or by credit card online using paypal (6% paypal fee included).
