An application filed electronically without the original signature of the applicant shall have the same force and effect as if the applicant had affixed his or her signature to a paper copy and it had been submitted in a conventional manner.
- Pay Application Fees (Total initiation fee: $100.00)
- Federation initiation fee of $65.00 (this will be waived if you are a Youth membership applicant, or an applicant who is a Federation member in good standing)
- Local initiation fee of $35.00(this will be waived if you are a Youth membership applicant)
- Pay Membership Dues (applicants must join for a minimum period of one calendar quarter of a year.)
- Quarterly dues $38.00
- Total of regular application fees and one quarter dues = $138.00
- Payable by check or by credit card online using paypal.
